WBCShoes provides QC (Quality Control) photos before shipment to ensure transparency. By confirming the QC, you acknowledge satisfaction with the product.

2. After-Sales Requests
After shipment, we do not accept requests based on personal preferences or expectations.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund
Please contact our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos

Once approved, we will provide the return address.

4. Eligible Cases for Refund or Reshipment

  • Package seized by customs
  • Received item differs from order or QC confirmation (wrong model/size)
  • Serious quality issues (e.g., sole separation, major defects)

5. Non-Eligible Cases for Refund

  • Wrong item or size chosen by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Failure to assist with customs clearance or pay import taxes
  • Refusal or failure to receive delivery
  • Shipment shows “Delivered”

6. Personal Reason Returns/Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges if:

  • You are not satisfied with the product
  • Size does not fit

Conditions:

  • Customer covers return shipping
  • Original shipping fee will be deducted from refund
  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Return package must not be seized by customs
  • No refund/exchange if item is not received or arrives damaged
