- Send QC photos for your review
- Pack the items securely
- Arrange shipment after your confirmation
Most orders can be prepared and shipped within 24 hours after QC confirmation. However, a small number of orders may require 3–5 business days, depending on stock availability or special product preparation.
Note: If your order includes multiple items, the processing time will depend on the item with the longest preparation time.
Please remember that processing time is not included in shipping time.

Before shipping, we will send you QC photos of your shoes through email or WhatsApp.
Please check the QC photos carefully and reply as soon as possible. Your order will be shipped after QC confirmation.

After you confirm the QC photos, the usual shipping time is around:

Tracking Information
